How to Register for Voice:

Voice Mode is given to trusted users in the chat, this means you can talk when the chat is in moderation mode - Moderation mode is when +m is set and only people with voice or higher can talk, to register type /ns register YOURPASS YOUREMAIL in the main channel.
YOURPASS = The password you wish to use.
YOUREMAIL = The email address you want to link your account to.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU TYPE ANYTHING IN CHAT WITH A / BEFORE IT, NO ONE WILL SEE THE MESSAGE AFTER SO DONT WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE SEEING YOUR PASSWORD, PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER THAT THESE COMMANDS ARE DONE IN THE MAIN CHAT AND NO WHERE ELSE ON THE SITE!
DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSWORD! Write it down and keep it safe.
To change your password, type /msg nickserv set password NEW-PASSWORD in the main chat. "NEW-PASSWORD" is the new password that you wish to use.
